Are your products 100% cruelty-free?
Yes, we have never tested our products or ingredients on animals and we are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified, the gold standard for cruelty-free beauty.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition.
Do you offer vegan products?
Absolutely. We are currently transitioning to become 100% vegan certified by The Vegan Society across our entire product range to ensure we remain as sustainable as possible.
